दृष्ट्वा · dṛṣṭvā
having seen
मानुषम् रूपम् · mānuṣam rūpam
the human form
सौम्यम् · saumyam
gentle
जनार्दन · janārdana
O Janardana
संवृत्तः · saṃvṛttaḥ
become, restored
सचेताः · sa-cetāḥ
in my right mind, composed

Arjuna said: Seeing this gentle human form of yours, O Janardana, I am myself again — composed, returned to my own nature.

Original plain-language translation

Recovery is described as return to prakriti, one's own nature — composure regained through the familiar. The devotee loves the infinite, but lives with the intimate; both are true, and Arjuna now knows it.
