समं सर्वेषु भूतेषु तिष्ठन्तं परमेश्वरम् ।विनश्यत्स्वविनश्यन्तं यः पश्यति स पश्यति ॥

Who sees the Supreme Lord abiding the same in all beings — the imperishable amid the perishing — that one truly sees.

Original plain-language translation

True sight is defined in one stroke: the same Lord in every perishing form. All other seeing is partial; this alone is called seeing — the chapter's practical summit.
