Original plain-language translation

Krishna now speaks with final authority — 'hear my conclusion.' The threefold analysis by guṇa (sattva, rajas, tamas) is the chapter's organizing tool, applied to renunciation first and then to knowledge, action, intellect, and happiness. The affectionate warrior addresses keep Arjuna anchored as a man of action hearing a teaching for action.
