Arjuna said: What is the mark of one steady in wisdom, established in stillness, O Keshava? How does the steady-minded speak, how sit, how walk?

Original plain-language translation

Arjuna's first genuine question as disciple — concrete, practical: show me the enlightened person in daily motion. Speak, sit, walk: he wants yoga in verbs, not nouns. Krishna's answer (2.55–2.72) is the Gita's great portrait of the sthitaprajña.
