I am the strength of the strong, free from craving and attachment. And in beings I am the desire not opposed to dharma, O best of Bharatas.

Original plain-language translation

Strength and desire are sanctified when cleansed of selfish fever. Dharma becomes the boundary of legitimate longing. Even human drive has a divine form.
