“Hear again my supreme word, the most secret of all: you are deeply beloved to me, therefore I shall speak what is for your good.”

Having granted freedom, Krishna speaks once more — this time from love, not authority. 'You are beloved to me' is the ground of the final secret: the highest truth is given as intimacy, not argument. Verses 18.65–18.66 are that supreme word.
