यदृच्छालाभसन्तुष्टो द्वन्द्वातीतो विमत्सरः ।समः सिद्धावसिद्धौ च कृत्वापि न निबध्यते ॥

Content with whatever gain comes unsought, beyond the pairs of opposites, free from envy, even toward success and failure — though acting, one is not bound.

Original plain-language translation

Four freedoms sketch the unbound worker: contentment with the unsought, transcendence of dualities, envylessness, and equanimity in outcome. Such a one acts without the friction that weaves bondage. Compare the sthitaprajña portrait of 2.55-58.
