Original plain-language translation

IN SHORT Hand your work to something higher and do it without clinging or panic.

The chapter's practice fuses devotion with action: hand every deed to Krishna inwardly, then fight without the fever of craving. Nirāśīs and nirmama name the two grips to release — future and mine. This is karma-yoga turned toward God. Like cooking for guests with full care while leaving the praise or blame to them.
