ये त्वेतदभ्यसूयन्तो नानुतिष्ठन्ति मे मतम् ।सर्वज्ञानविमूढांस्तान्विद्धि नष्टानचेतसः ॥

But those who find fault with this teaching of mine and do not follow it — know them, deluded about all knowledge and undiscerning, to be lost.

Original plain-language translation

The dark counterpart to verse 31: chronic fault-finding (abhyasūyā) blinds the whole knowing faculty. Krishna's severity targets the attitude, not honest doubt like Arjuna's. Refusing the medicine while mocking it leaves the disease to run its course.
