कर्म ब्रह्मोद्भवं विद्धि ब्रह्माक्षरसमुद्भवम् ।तस्मात्सर्वगतं ब्रह्म नित्यं यज्ञे प्रतिष्ठितम् ॥

karma brahmodbhavaṃ viddhi brahmākṣarasamudbhavam |tasmāt sarvagataṃ brahma nityaṃ yajñe pratiṣṭhitam ||

ब्रह्मोद्भवम् · brahmodbhavam
arising from the Veda (Brahman as word)
विद्धि · viddhi
know
ब्रह्म · brahma
the Veda, the sacred utterance
तस्मात् · tasmāt
therefore
सर्वगतम् · sarvagatam
all-pervading
नित्यम् · nityam
ever, constantly
प्रतिष्ठितम् · pratiṣṭhitam
established, present

Know that action arises from the sacred teaching, and the teaching arises from the imperishable. Therefore the all-pervading sacred reality ever dwells present in sacrifice.

Original plain-language translation

The chain of verse 14 reaches its source: human work is rooted in revealed wisdom, which flows from the imperishable itself. So sacrifice is not primitive bargain but the meeting-place of the infinite with daily life. Every offered act touches Brahman.
